Redcliffe Training Associates always wishes to hear about potential trainers. To be suitable, you will need to have many years’ experience in banking, accountancy, law, private equity or corporate advisory work, as well as having conducted training courses for groups of professionals.
At present, we have a particular requirement for those who are able to teach short courses on AML and related compliance, with the audience being bankers. Experience in working in banking or banking law would be advantageous.

Business Development Executive
Redcliffe Training Associates Limited is a successful and highly regarded finance training and conference provider with a blue chip client list. Due to its success the position of Business Development Executive has become available.
This is an entry-level business-to-business sales / business development position but it requires previous experience of working in a B2B sales / client acquisition environment. Experience of research, client database creation / data-entry together with the sales / marketing of a service based product by telephone and e-shots would be particularly advantageous as will a genuine interest in the financial services industry.
The position requires an extremely high degree of personal organisation. It also requires intelligence, diligence, accuracy, the ability to think for yourself and to show initiative. The candidate should also thrive under pressure.
The successful candidate will be working work for a market leading company in a small but very busy marketing department with a hard working team. The successful candidate will work for a company that encourages ideas and where everyone feels part of a successful team. The successful candidate will be actively encouraged to make the role their own by being enterprising, hardworking and client centred.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing who will provide full and on-going support but who will also expect to see desire and enthusiasm from the successful candidate to work using their own initiative. The candidate will also work closely with other team members.
