Telesales & Database Research Executive
Redcliffe Training Associates Limited is a highly regarded finance training and conference provider with a blue chip client list. Due to its success the position of Telesales & Database Research Executive has become available.
The role encompasses three business critical components; research, data-entry and telesales.
The successful candidate will be working in a small but very busy sales and marketing department. Working with a hard working team, the role is ideal for someone with some understanding of the sales process who is looking to further their career in sales.
The successful candidate will be marketing Redcliffe’s full range of corporate finance and banking courses, webinars and conferences to worldwide decision makers in banks, accountancy firms, firms of lawyers, corporate finance advisers and senior private equity executives by e-mail and by telephone. The candidate will also be required be prospect for appointments with key decision makers.

The sales process relies on relationship building as well e-marketing. It is essential that the candidate possesses and demonstrates first class communication skills – written and verbal, time management and client care skills
The candidate must be extremely well organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
The position demands intelligence, diligence, accuracy and the ability to think for yourself and will also include;

The candidate will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing who will provide full and on-going support but who will also expect to see desire and enthusiasm from the successful candidate to work using their own initiative. The candidate will also work closely with other team members.
The position is suitable for someone who has telesales, research and data-entry/e-marketing experience in a business to business sales environment
The position comes with uncapped commission and a monthly bonus (upon achievement of team target).

Potential vacancy for freelance legal trainer
Redcliffe Training Associates is looking for an experienced, possibly recently retired, corporate/banking lawyer to present quality training courses to other current legal practitioners on an occasional basis. The topics that might need covering include prospectus and offer document drafting, legal due diligence, company law and company secretarial issues. Potential trainers need to be highly technically proficient and up to date with all relevant legislation. They also need to have excellent presentational skills and be able to teach in an interactive manner. Courses might be run on a public basis or in-house, to an individual legal firm. Most courses take place in the UK.
